CHICKEN FRY

Ingredient

1/2 kg chicken

For important resources

2 chopped onions

1 number of chopped tomatoes

5 green chillies

2 tablespoons chili powder

2 tbsp lemon juice

Ginger paste as needed

Garlic paste as needed

Garam masala powder as required

To bring down

Refined oil as needed


Preparation

Step 1:

Put chilli powder and coriander powder in a pan and dry roast for about two minutes. In the same pan pour a little oil and heat. Now add chopped onion and fry well.


Step 2:

Add green chillies and turmeric and fry for 3-4 minutes. Now add ginger and garlic paste, stir and cook for two minutes. Add a little garam masala and mix well.


Step 3:

Add the pre-washed turmeric coated chicken. Combine everything well.


Step 4:

Now add the roasted chilli powder and coriander powder. Add lemon juice and mix everything well.


Step 5:

Now add the chopped tomatoes, add enough salt and mix well.


Step 6:

Now close the pan and cook well for 10-15 minutes. Occasionally open the lid and stir again. If the chicken is not cooked, it can be cooked again for another four to five minutes.


Step 7:

The chicken fry is ready here. It can be garnished with some coriander leaves and eaten as a side dish or starter.
