Noodles Cutlet

Ingredient

200 g boiled chopped chicken

250 g boiled Chinese noodles

For important resources

4 chopped onions

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup spring onion

1 cup cabbage

1 cup capsicum

Centa salt as needed

1 tbsp ginger

1/2 tsp garlic paste

1 tbsp chili powder

3 tbsp cornflour

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp chili sauce

1 egg

To bring down

Refined oil as needed


Preparation

Step 1:

In a pan add a little oil, add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add 1, 1/2 tsp garlic paste and 1 tsp ginger paste.

Add chilli powder as required. Now add the cooked chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes.


Step 2:

Now add the gin chili sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix it well. Now add salt and fry for 2 minutes.


Step 3:

Add the cabbage, grated carrots and capsicum and mix all the ingredients well. Add spring onion to enhance the flavor of the cutlets.


Step 4:

Cook until all the ingredients are soft, avoiding adding water to it. It can be cooked using only water from vegetables.


Step 5:

Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool. Now add one egg, boiled noodles and 2-3 tbsp cornflour. Mix all the ingredients well and combine well. Now it's in cutlet form


Step 6:

Pour the oil into the pan and let it heat up. Heat oil and add cutlets to oil and fry well till golden brown. Enjoy this cutlet with your favorite sauce or chutney while still hot.
